Retail Store Layout Change

The Challenge

Snap was tasked with a large-scale retail environment layout change to be completed within 2 weeks, with stores spanning from coast to coast. Work could take place only during normal business hours, which meant that all stores would be open with both customers and employees present, and mall parking and logistics needed to be factored in. This was a complex endeavor, with multiple services being performed, all unrelated to one another and with continually changing site contacts.

The Solution

Snap provided consistency at all locations ensuring effectiveness on-site. A pre-service schedule was proposed and executed, and included assigning dedicated Project Managers to ensure success. Snap Technicians accommodated services during normal business hours in order to maintain steady sales. Real-time updates were given throughout the course of each job, with photos and signed paperwork being provided upon completion

The Impact

Hollister was able to transform their retail store appearance while maintaining the normal flow of business. Employees were able to focus on their everyday responsibilities while Snap Technicians performed services and cleaned up afterwards. Consistency was created across the board in a short time frame.
