The Challenge

POS systems to be installed at a major train station in NY. The scope included cash wraps, printers, barcode scanners, pin pads, cameras and 24-48 port switches inside a retail store of the spacious travel hall. In addition, our team was instructed to ensure that all structure cabling was in place, proper labeling of the patch cables, and install a small rack set up and network closet for proper product organization.

The project work hours were 8am-5pm, conflicting with standard business hours for the work to be completed. 

 

 

Our Solution

All of the scheduling, real-time updates, on-site documents/pictures and notifications were to be handled through our customer portal and field service application. There was an issue with insufficient electricity flowing through the POS station causing an error code, but it was resolved quickly.

All facets of the scope were completed on-time by our experienced team.
