The Challenge
To install (15) 13.3’’ conference management system displays in a new construction corporate setting. Each location featured specific units with differing orientations, in addition to the installation taking place on varying wall-surface types.
Our Solution
Resource planning and education played a vital role in the success once on-site. The Snap Project Manager completed pre-work with the Field Resource team to understand the floor plan and installation locations. Individual scopes of work were created to ensure each location had the proper orientation.
