The Challenge
The installation of conference room cameras, ceiling microphone, speakers, touch panels and large displays. Beam-tracking ceiling microphones were to be installed for audio pickup and ceiling speakers for content and far-end audio playback. System controls were to be installed on a wall-mounted touch panel located at the front and back of each room.
All necessary network cabling was to source from the equipment rack located in the storage room.
Our Solution
Careful coordination and extreme organization was important for this project to be successful because of the multiple conference rooms within the space (partition sensors provided for dividing and combining of the rooms), equipment inventory and cable routing.
The install lasted a total of 7 days with two Snap service providers.
