The Challenge
To dismount and replace (5) screens including new software installation at 90 restaurant locations across the country. All of the locations had to be completed after business hours because this turnkey rollout updated all facets of the store including menu boards and software, thus would incur customer interruptions if allowed during the normal hours of operation.
Our Solution
Each phase required logistics coordination including but not limited to: renting a vehicle for transportation to the shipping hub, carefully load the screens, bring back to the storage unit after each night while arranging proper recycling and disposal of outdated product.
This project consisted of 3 phases, with beginning of phase 4 coming soon.
