The Challenge
Snap was asked to install and connect (4) wallboards at an optometry location. These devices have very specific location and height requirements as they are placed in front of patients, caregivers, and physicians in the waiting room and exam room. All wallboards are installed on a fixed or articulating bracket, placed in portrait orientation.
These interactive patient engagement platforms are fairly straightforward to put together, however the challenge is the high volume of devices needed to be installed at each location.
Our Solution
Snap Install’s experienced project management team streamlined communication between our partner, the provider, and our on-site technicians to coordinate the schedule, placement, and safety needs of the integration.
We completed the project on time and all parties were very pleased with the outcome.
