The Challenge
To install 144 16x9 wide panels for a dvLED wall at Charlotte Convention Center alongside our partner. Crew call and unloading time took approximately 2 hours, with a remaining 12 hours of build time to complete the project.
An aggressive deadline was in place for the completion of the project, making pre-work organization of scope execution critical.
Our Solution
Before arriving to the location, Snap's project management team coordinated all site and process expectations with our technicians to ensure we had all the proper AV tools (everything from drills to ground support kit, computers and processors).
The end result was visually stunning.
