The Challenge
The rollout of this new digital experience would take place over the course of 2021. This particular rollout included multiple phases, the last one consisting of 10 monitors and 2 ceiling mounted projector installations to ultimately improve the quality of a guest's shopping experience.
Considering the busy day hours, our team of contractors serviced each location at night and into the morning-time with the help of our outstanding team of project management.
Our Solution
Site surveys were enabled first to understand the landscape of each site. Snap coordinated an identification badge on behalf of our parter for every team to ensure the proper credentials and security to the night staff. Once logistics were navigated, the installation of each display and projector was handled seamlessly.
Lift equipment was utilized to install the ceiling-mounted projectors across all sites.
