The Challenge
To integrate (174) new medical carts along with all components (monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc) on each cart. After integration was complete, the plan was for new medical carts to be transported to their designated floor, and the old carts brought down for removal.
Our Solution
Staying organized and maintaining real-time communication in the field was crucial for our success. Wire management and tension adjustments were made onsite and barcode scanners were swapped from the old carts to the new ones.
