The project request came through with a 24 hour deadline, requiring completion before the next business day to limit consumer disruption.
Outside of completing the screen installations, content was downloaded and network connectivity configured. Our on-site team documented all serial numbers as a part of the deliverables provided to our partner upon completion.
Through Snap's customer portal, our partner received real-time updates as each site was completed to ensure transparency without constant emails.
