The Challenge
To install (4) 32” displays on drywall, a 43” display in a Kiosk, and media players connected to each. There was a mix of new and existing hardware to service, in addition to unknown installation heights.
Our Solution
The Field Resources team was prepared to install up to 8’ in height. The service window was intentionally set by the Snap Project Manager to accommodate the varying scopes of new versus existing installations and avoid any missed expectations across the parties involved.
