The Challenge
To install (2) kiosks and (2) displays alongside the entrance of a retail chain. Our team was provided a guide that covered all hardware and tooling needed for setup of both floor-to-ceiling kiosk
mounts and floor-to-wall kiosk mounts. The displays were secured to poles that were bolted to tile or concrete to the ceiling and floor, all connected to media players.
The scope of work was comprised into organized steps; cutting poles to desired length, detailed assembly requirements, cable management instructions and display orientation.
Our Solution
Prior to leaving site after install, our team of service providers stayed past the required timeline to diagnose a data cable that wasn't working properly. Once the site was deemed successful, the required deliverables such as documented inventory with serial numbers, completed work photos and equipment test confirmations were updated to all parties involved.
