A retain display was not functioning properly, the task was the troubleshoot and document on-site findings. During our visit on site, deliverables such as photos and videos were required for successful completion.
This consisted of photos identifying location of media player and modem, video of screen playing the correct content, power sources for all devices, and last but not least, store timers.
After our thorough investigation of the setup, it was confirmed the site needed a screen replacement.
Prior to leaving site due to defective project, our team ensured the screen was handled properly (returned to a home position, set flush and within the frame and millwork), until the replacement product was ready for install.
