Snap was asked to visit a site in which their retail speaker station needed troubleshooting. This diagnosis consisted of documenting and reporting the system's current state, including all the speaker's network connectivity and wiring on site.
Careful handling of the equipment was extremely important due to the station being made up of metal and aluminum parts, and very fragile speakers.
Our Solution
Our skilled team of service providers successfully completed the diagnosis and able to get the unit up in running in no time. We confirmed both speakers are working properly, the screen displays content synchronized with music on speakers, took pictures of all equipment after troubleshooting and environment pictures to show complete setup.
