Each year, Snap coordinates peer-to-peer employee awards to recognize and celebrate some of the top performers throughout the year. Congratulations to the recipients of the 2021 Snap Install Employee Awards!
Employee of the Year – This award recognizes the individual that lives and breathes Snap Install. Someone who represents our company day in and day out, ensuring success in everything they do at Snap. Someone who works well with others, encourages Snap team members and also leads by example every day. Bottom line, someone that puts their best foot forward each and every day for the betterment of Snap and its employees.
Rising Stars – This award recognizes an emerging employee who’s tenure with Snap is under 2 years. This is an individual who follows Snap’s core values and is a leader in their department, even though they haven’t been here the longest. Someone who has a bright future with the company and has proven their value in their short time at Snap.
Core Value Awards – These awards recognize individuals that embody one of Snap’s core values in everything they do.
