Wanting preventive maintenance completed on ergonomic chairs at live facilities, this customer requested services that worked with their schedule. Snap’s project management team was to coordinate and execute preventative maintenance on 7,000 chairs among their multiple locations.
The services included replacing the hardware on each chair and, with the locations being live facilities, scheduling consecutive weekends until all chairs were serviced.
Pre-service conference calls took place with the partner and site to review expectations and create the most effective service plan. Snap’s team allocated at least four technicians per weekend as requested. The on-site team completed a color-coded map of each location to keep organized. Both the partner and customer received updates from Snap’s project management team following each weekend to ensure peace of mind during the process.
