The ability to exercise at home is favorable and this partner’s interactive fitness mirror provides the solution. Snap Install’s expertise was utilized for the logistics, installation and set-up of each unit.
Consistent communication was required due to the high visibility customers involved. Therefore, resource allocation and scheduling required precision.
Our Solution
Snap’s internal team arranged a window for each unit to be delivered to local crews. Upon receipt, the crews updated the software on each unit, delivered to the customer’s residence and proceeded with installation.
Additional set up included input of customer information to ensure proper connectivity. All packaging debris was removed from the residence following completion.
