The Challenge
The installation of 1,000 medical carts in one location by year end. To ensure flawless execution, our team organized a call with our client to review expectations and learn about the product to be installed. Debris management was an initial issue but was resolved once a dedicated resource was assigned responsibility.
Due to the limited space that was given and the high volume of medical carts, assembly was required at an off-site warehouse, then carefully deployed to the medical center.
