The Challenge
Snap was tasked with a product recall of replacing 55 in-ceiling/flush-mounted loudspeakers and safety cabling within one location. Before installing the new units in the building, the recalled items needed to be boxed and shipped back to a nearby location.
The new units included safety cabling to secure the loudspeaker to a building support structure. The mounting position, procedure, and hardware had to be consistent with local building codes and regulations.
Our Solution
The high number of speaker installations required 4 service providers on-site using a 10 foot A-frame ladder. A picture of the old and new units were required from each provider to ensure all components were being handled properly.
Every speaker was carefully placed in a strategic location due to the HVAC systems, instilling correct air circulation and an overall successful installation.
