Performing service at active locations, specifically in the healthcare setting, require an extra layer of preparation. These 13 active medical clinics on the East Coast were ready for their installation of 2-14 devices. These varying room types were to be completed within a two-week time frame.
To meet the scope and customer requirements, Snap's Project Management team coordinated multiple on-site resources that were adept in healthcare-based service.

Our team organized pre-calls with all parties to review expected deliverables, timelines, budget, product specification and potential risks. This extra layer allowed for the on-site resources to execute the installation in alignment with customer expectations.
Throughout the 13 active locations, 39 devices were installed successfully within the two-week timeline to promote our partner's brand.
