The Challenge
The "all-in-one" medical carts included computer systems with 24" LCD/LED monitors. Fully integrated battery systems were to be calibrated for accurate power level status reporting, proper cable connections and cooling fans.
On average, our efficient teams were set to complete a minimum of 20 carts per day. Locations vary anywhere from 1 cart to over 800+ medical carts needed.
Our Solution
All wire management and tension adjustments were made to each individual cart, in addition to mice and keyboard installation. Our service providers worked hard to document the unit's serial number and room location for inventory and organization.
We were able to complete the first phase of the rollout during normal business hours, all while respecting the patients and staff's time.
