The Challenge

To uninstall aging digital signage and install new equipment at 220 different retail locations in the US - all completed within 2 months, (approximately 5 sites per day). Our warehouse received ~500 different displays and all of their associated cabling, mounts, and players (more than 8,300 various units of inventory) in preparation for the project.

Our Solution

Our warehouse team successfully performed the following services for this digital signage swap rollout: 

  • Receiving of product, including inspection of equipment and updating inventory
  • Device provisioning & commissioning, which helped reduce time on site and ensured correct software was installed
  • Custom kitting per location, for easier access on-site and reduced missing product
  • Parcel and LTL prep & handling
  • Outbound logistics management
