A monthly preventative maintenance check of the A/V equipment at this corporate location of 16 rooms, totaling 217 desks.
To organize the check in a careful manner, a spreadsheet is shared with our partner to monitor which products have been checked, with accurate photos included.
Our Solution
Our on-site team runs through the inventory list to check all if the products are in working order, including wires and cable management, alignment, presentation and adapters. Careful coordination and time management is crucial as 3 other corporate locations have been added to the monthly list.
