Mobile Cart Healthcare Integration

The Challenge

The scope of work for this healthcare project included integrating 350+ powered medical carts across 7 different cities in New York and New Jersey within a one month deadline. Each location was a live healthcare facility and required CPU equipment to be pulled off the old existing medical carts. This necessitated diligent coordination with the on-site IT department.

The Solution

Snap Project Management coordinated multiple service teams to work in conjunction with one another to maintain the schedule and fulfill the one month deadline. Direct coordination with the site-specific IT department was executed to ensure seamless performance on site. Daily and weekly reports were provided to maintain consistency across all 7 locations.

The Impact

All 350+ medical carts were integrated and internally billed to maintain the fiscal budget that was in place.  Additionally, this turnkey integration required minimal on-site resources and coordination from the healthcare provider, which allowed for zero loss of business.
