Customer engagement drives business, and this franchise sought to increase their end users’ experience through our partner’s digital display solution. As the service extension of our partner, Snap Install was to install a 147 module LED display at multiple locations for the franchise.

From coordinating lifts to scheduling multiple on-site resources, the project required a methodical approach to meet the 5-day timeline at each site.

Our Solution

Executing the 147 module LED display installation included display frame fitting, module assembly, and power/data terminations. Snap Install’s project management team developed and communicated the scope of work to meet the timeline and coordination requirements.

With each site still open for business, Snap’s on-site technicians were mindful of customers and continued work after-hours as needed to ensure the franchise maintained a professional reputation throughout the installation.
