The Challenge

Preventative maintenance and on-site depot repair of the digital cooler and freezer aisle doors at 15-30 convenient store locations. These maintenance requests consisted of planogram compliance, performing customer intercept surveys, checking access to the RVA tools, and performing repair and maintenance on the doors and router that may require a replacement.

The main focus of this overhaul was to confirm that all digital doors were displaying images properly.

Our Solution

Removal of the LCD door was required for wire access and to check the network. Our on-site teams documented all serial numbers, photos of the QR code, products and existing PCs exposed were one of the many requirements of proper deliverables.
