The Challenge
The scope of work for this healthcare project included integrating 350+ powered medical carts across 7 different cities in New York and New Jersey within a one-month deadline.
Each location was a live healthcare facility and requested CPU equipment to be pulled off the old existing medical carts, which required diligent coordination with the on-site IT department.
Our Solution
Snap Project Management coordinated multiple service teams to work in conjunction with one another to maintain the schedule and fulfill the one-month deadline. Direct coordination with the site-specific IT department was executed to ensure seamless performance on site.
Daily and weekly reports were provided to maintain consistency across all 7 locations, leading to all 350+ medical carts integrated and internally billed to maintain the fiscal budget that was in place.
