The Challenge
Snap was to install a 70" touchscreen panel to enhance employees experience in a large conference room space. The screen had a multi-touch display with camera, 2 HDMI inputs, 5 USB inputs, digital interactive whiteboard with document notation and video conferencing all ran by a smartphone or tablet. Our service providers were asked to do a board swap, initially removing the panel and replacing it with a new and improved unit.
The unit had to be dismounted and carefully placed on the table in a safe fashion along with the video board connectors.
Our Solution
Testing the panel before remounting was pivotal because it allowed the service providers to test the touch screen and proper functionality.
If the screen wasn't working, a power supply board would be needed, but in this case functionality was apparent and installed accordingly.
