The Challenge

Snap was asked to work closely with a partner to help setup a large-scale IP-over-TV installation. The installation was for over 250 screens at one location, the NFL Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, OH. This large-scale project had a start date of mid-July and a deadline of late August due to the scheduled NFL Hall of Fame Game.

Additionally the site was under full construction, which resulted in different variances in installation and required custom mounting procedures. Beyond the installation, the site posed many logistical challenges with product staging and availability.

Our Solution

The logistic and installation issues were mitigated by Snap’s project management team through daily progress checkpoints, design-mounted solution assistance, and daily schedules with the warehouses. Additional labor was also brought to complete the installation prior to kick-off.

As a result, the NFL was able to showcase all screens throughout the stadium. This included menu boards in the concession areas, walkway screens in the common areas, and most importantly, screens in each suite for NFL executives to enjoy the first preseason game of the year and Hall of Fame induction ceremony!
